Prices for Holiday Villa “Aventurero”
Below you will find the prices for Holiday Villa “Aventurero”. Prices are per week, for a maximum of 6 persons.
The deposit is € 400,00 and has to be paid in cash to the housekeeper at your arrival. From this amount will be deduced:
- € 0,40/KWh will be deduced for use of electricity
- € 90,- for the mandatory final cleaning.
- € 6,00 per person for a linen package (bed-, bath- and kitchen linen). Guests who will stay longer than one week will receive one extra bath- and bed linen package for free.
When no damage is found, the balance will be refunded to your bank account within two weeks after your departure.
Be aware that the TV only has reception when the smart card receiver is connected. You can rent the receiver for € 25,- per week.
If you wan't to use the internet connection, you can rent a internet dongle for € 26.25 per week. The deposit for the dongle is € 50.00
For people who will stay for four weeks or longer contiguous during November, December, January of February a discount of 15% is granted.
You will receive a booking confirmation after the down payment of 25% of the untilal amount is transferred to our bank account. The balance has to be transferred to our bank account 30 days before your arrival.
Options for bookings will not be granted.
