House rules

The villa is managed by Anny van Dongen (the housekeeper), who will guide and inform you on the spot about the Holiday Villa “Aventurero”. If you have any questions during your stay, do not hesitate to call them, phone: 0034 651 324 289.

• You are requested to make an appointment by phone, one hour in advance of you arrival at the parking lot of shopping centre “Eroski”(see route description).The housekeeper will bring you, against a small fee, to the Holiday Villa “Aventurero”. In any case of delay please send a text message to the housekeeper. Please send also a message when you have landed on Malaga airport. All appointments take place Saturday in the afternoon between 16.00 ‘o clock and 20.00’o clock. If you arrive later than 20.00 ‘o clock, you have to make an appointment on Sunday after 10.00 ‘o clock.
• On arrival at the Holiday Villa “Aventurero”, you will have to pay the housekeeper the deposit, € 400,- in cash. From this amount will the following be deduced:
  • € 2,- per person per night will be deduced for use of electricity
  • € 90,- for the mandatory final cleaning.
  • € 3,50 per person for a linen package (bed-, bath- and kitchen linen). Guests who will stay longer than one week will receive an extra linen package for free.
• All prices for extra services have to be negotiated with the housekeeper. Optional is an extra cleaning service, against a fee, if you stay longer than two weeks in Holiday Villa “Aventurero”.
• You have to take your litter yourself to the containers near the public road. Otherwise this will be charged.
• The remaining deposit will be refunded after two weeks in case the villa hasn’t been used by more than 6 persons and when there are no signs of damage to the villa and the interior. Please leave behind your bank account number with the housekeeper. As a courtesy to the owners and the other tenants, please take care and try to avoid damages.
• In case you would like to use the swimming pool during colder periods, it is possible to heat the swimming pool. For this an extra fee for electric consumption will be charged.
• In case your lose (one of) the house keys, please call the housekeeper. Kindly be aware you have to pay € 100,- per key for duplication.
• If you are staying for a longer period of time, you can use the washing machine. Please make sure you use a non phosphate or biodegradable detergent. Against a fee, you can ask the housekeeper to do the laundry for you.
• In case you want to use the TV, you have to rent the receiver from the housekeeper (€ 25,- per week). Without the receiver, there will be no reception.
• In periods of long drought the water supply may be shut off temporarily by the local authority. In such case you can order water from Vidal, who will bring about 10.00 litres of water by tank lorry for filling the two water storage tanks. The tanks contain 4.000 litres of water. • Because of the fire hazard, please be careful when using the barbecue or open fire. During certain dry periods, the local authorities can prohibit the use of the barbecue.
• For hygienic reasons, smoking is forbidden inside de villa and there are no pets allowed. There are no highchairs or child’s beds available in the villa. Because the villa’s garden is adjoining a steep abyss and the pool has not been fenced off, we strongly discourage to take children under the age of 5 to the villa.
• The owners do not take responsibility for any damage to you or you properties caused by using the Holiday Villa “Aventurero”.
